What does AI actually do, and what do you handle?

AI provides the velocity; human taste provides the direction. I use modern AI workflows for high-speed research, rapid visual iteration, and technical drafting. But AI never makes the judgement call. Every concept, typography choice, narrative hook, and final asset is personally directed, refined, and signed off by me before it ever reaches your desk.

How long does a Voyage take?

The Compass sprint takes 1–2 weeks. A Flagship build typically runs 4–6 weeks from discovery to live deployment. You receive a concrete milestone schedule with fixed check-in dates before work starts, no open-ended retainers or moving targets.

Question 4

Who owns the assets and code once the build is finished?

Accepted Answer

You do, 100%. Upon final deployment and sign-off, full intellectual property, vector identity assets, design systems, and production code repositories are transferred entirely to your ownership. No licensing lock-ins and no proprietary hostage games.
